Who we are
CREATE DXB is a trading name of CREATE FZE LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information you share through this website. You can reach us at contact@createdxb.co.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you enter in the form:
- your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number;
- the details of your booking — type, dates and timings, venue, artist preferences, the services you need and any notes you add.
To pre-select your phone country code, we use the country your connection appears to come from. We don’t store it or use it for anything else.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send there, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to understand what you need, prepare a proposal, and stay in touch about that booking. We send you a single confirmation email when your enquiry arrives. We don’t add you to marketing lists and we never sell your information.
Who else handles it
A few trusted providers help us run this website and receive your enquiry. They process your information only on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes form submissions;
- Resend — delivers the enquiry and confirmation emails;
- Google (Gmail) — where our team receives and replies to enquiries;
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the form from spam and automated abuse.
Some of these providers may process information on servers outside the UAE. We share your details with artists or production partners only when that’s needed to arrange your booking.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting booking, plus a reasonable period for our business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Cookies and storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. While you fill in the enquiry form, your progress is saved temporarily in your own browser so nothing is lost if the page reloads; it clears when you close the tab. Our spam protection may use strictly necessary signals to tell people from bots.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop using it, at any time. Email contact@createdxb.co and we’ll respond promptly.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
